INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the whitening paste with the spoon that is provided. Scoop a small amount onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth in a circular motion for two minutes. Rinse and floss to remove any excess charcoal.

You may brush again with regular toothpaste if needed. Allow ten minutes before eating or drinking to ensure the full benefits of the paste. For best results repeat twice per day.
